The Commission approved the research plan for investigating the crimes against humanity committed in Estonia during the German occupation in 1941 1944, heard the report on the work of the research group done so far and discussed the details of the publication of the interim report on the Commissions work. The Commission hopes to publish the report on the crimes against humanity committed in Estonia during the German occupation in the summer of the year 2000.
President of the Republic offered the members of the Commission lunch in Kadriorg. The next meeting of the Commission shall take place on November 22, 1999.
