In order to become a candidate, a written application must be submitted with personal details and a short biography (name, address, education, and professional activities), a description of the research work and list of published research papers, along with recommendations from at least two advisors or faculty members. The candidates, their advisors, faculty members, employers, as well as Members of the Supervisory Board of the Cultural Foundation may submit applications.
Please send all the documents related to the award application to the Cultural Foundation of the President of the Republic (A. Weizenbergi 39, 15050 Tallinn). The deadline for submitting applications is 16 November 2007 (also postmark).
