Researcher Garri Raagma from the Geographical Institute of Tartu University will speak of the vision of Estonia`s spatial development on the 21st century, regional development consultant Aado Keskpaik will speak of the evolution of the national political vision of Estonia`s spatial development, of the national plan Estonia 2010, and the regional development strategies of Estonia, and Mart Einasto will speak of the regional aspects of social policy.
