Applicants must submit a written statement with their personal data and short résumé (name, address, education, professional activities), a description of their research and a list of their published works. Additionally, references from at least two supervisors or university teachers are required. Applications can be submitted by the candidates themselves, their supervisors, employers, or members of the board of the Cultural Foundation.
All necessary documents should be sent or brought to the President of the Republic's Cultural Foundation at Weizenbergi 39, 15050 Tallinn, or digitally signed and sent by e-mail to [email protected].
The deadline for applications is 30 November 2013 (including the date stamp).
