President of the Republic sent a letter of condolences to the Presidents of France and Germany

Today President Lennart Meri sent a letter of condolences concerning the Concorde airplane tragedy near Paris to Jacques Chirac, the President of France, and Johannes Rau, the Federal President of Germany.
