The President of the Republic resolved to confer on Joseph M. De Thomas an Estonian state decoration

President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to confer on H.E. Joseph Michael De Thomas, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Republic of Estonia in the years 2001-2004, in recognition of his services to the Estonian state the 1st Class Order of the Cross of Terra Mariana.
