President of the Republic Recalled the Ambassador to Ukraine

On April 28, 1999, President Lennart Meri signed the resolution to recall Tiit Matsulevitch, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Republic of Ukraine.
