The President of the Republic promulgated two acts

President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Employment Services and Subsidies Act, passed by the Riigikogu on September 28, 2005, and the Basic Schools and Upper Secondary Schools Act and the Vocational Educational Institutions Act Amendment Act, passed by the Riigikogu on September 29, 2005.
