The President of the Republic promulgated three acts

President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed the resolutions promulgating the Education Allowances Act, the Act on Amendments to the State Budget of the Year 2003 Act, and the Act on Amendments to the Social Welfare Act passed by the Riigikogu on August 7, 2003.
