The President of the Republic promulgated three acts

President Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Act on Amendments to the Acts Related to the Issue and Use of Privatisation Vouchers; the President of the Republic Official Benefits Act, Income Tax Act and Social Tax Act Amendment Act; and the Code of Civil Procedure, Code of Enforcement Procedure and Associated Acts Amendment Act, passed by the Riigikogu on January 26, 2006.
