The President of the Republic promulgated three acts

President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed the resolutions to promulgate the Basic Schools and Upper Secondary Schools Act Amendment Act, passed in the Riigikogu on March 26, the Act on Amendments to § 6 of the National Coat of Arms Act, passed on March 27, and the Act on Amendments to § 9 of the Territory of Estonia Administrative Division Act, passed on March 28.
