The President of the Republic promulgated eight acts

President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a decision to promulgate the Local Governments Organisation Act Amendment Act; the Bank of Estonia Act Amendment Act; the Environmental Charges Act Amendment Act; the Identity Documents Act and State Fees Act Amendment Act; the Act on the Accession to the 2001 International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage, passed by the Riigikogu on June 7, 2006; the Alcohol, Tobacco and Fuel Excise Duty Act Amendment Act, passed by the Riigikogu on June 14, 2006; the Act on Amendments to § 13 of the Administrative Cooperation Act; and the Act on Amendments to the Citizenship Act, Punishment Register Act and State Fees Act Arising Therefrom, passed by the Riigikogu on June 15, 2006.
