The President of the Republic promulgated an act

President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Act on Ratification of the Agreement between Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden concerning the Nordic Investment Bank and the Payment Agreement between the Republic of Estonia and the Nordic Investment Bank, passed by the Riigikogu on November 25, 2004.
