The President of the Republic promulgated an act

President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Act on Denouncement of the Convention on Fishing and Conservation of Living Resources of the Baltic Sea and the Belt, passed by the Riigikogu on October 27, 2004.
