President of the Republic proclaimed two laws

President Lennart Meri proclaimed today, on June 19, 1999, the ''Local Government Council Election Act Amendment Act'' and the ''Act Amending. Clause 2 of Section 20 of the Aliens Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on June 16, 1999.
