President of the Republic proclaimed two laws

President Lennart Meri signed the resolution to proclaim the ''Act Amending Section 9 of the Elementary and Secondary School Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on October 12, and the ''Customs Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on October 13.
