President of the Republic proclaimed two laws

President Lennart Meri signed the resolution to proclaim the ''Act Amending Section 183 of the State Fees Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on September 28, and the ''Local Government Organisation Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on September 30.
