The President of the Republic proclaimed eleven laws

President Lennart Meri signed the resolution on Kadriorg today to proclaim the “Act Amending Section 67 of the Government of the Republic Act”, and the “Act Amending the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Code of Criminal Court Appeal and Cassation Procedure, and the Criminal Code”, the “Family Law Act Amendment Act”, the “Medical Products Act Amendment Act”, the “Forensic Research Act”, and the “Act Amending the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Criminal Code, the Code of Administrative Offences, the Code of Criminal Court Appeal and Cassation Procedure, the Code of Civil Procedure and the Code of Administrative Procedure”, passed in the Riigikogu on May 30.

The President of the Republic also proclaimed the “Cable Distribution Act”, and “The Republic of Estonia Employment Contract Act”, passed in the Riigikogu on May 31, and the “Act Amending the Code of Administrative Offences”, passed on June 5, 2001, and the “Act Amending the Prosecutor’s Office Act” and the “Act Amending the Code of Administrative Offences”, passed in the Riigikogu on May 6, 2001.
