The President also proclaimed the ''Salaries Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on May 16, and the ''Act Amending Juvenile Sanctions Act and Main Schools and Secondary Schools Act'', and the ''Act Amending the Republic of Estonia Copyright Act, the Republic of Estonia Commercial Lease Act and the Consumer Protection Act'', and the ''Shore and Bank Protection Act Amendment Act'', the ''Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Estonia, the Government of the Republic of Finland and the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden on the Contact Point of Maritime Borders in the Baltic Sea Ratification Act'', and the ''Convention on the Establishment of a Scheme of Registration of Wills'', passed in the Riigikogu on May 16.
