President of the Republic met with Prime Minister

Today President Arnold Rüütel had a working lunch with Prime Minister Laar at the presidential palace in Kadriorg. President and Prime Minister discussed the year 2002 budget debate, privatisation of Narva Power Plants and general political issues.
