Topical internal and foreign policy problems, as well as the challenges Estonia has to face in connection with labour shortage were discussed at the meeting. Prime Minister Ansip thanked the outgoing Head of State for his cooperation with the Government and the substantial contribution he has made as the President to the development of Estonia over the last five years. The President in his turn assessed the cooperation with the Government as successful and said that he would actively contribute to the development of Estonia also in the future.
