Jüri Mõis explained to the President of the Republic his behaviour in the office of the Mayor of Tallinn, and activities at the Lennusadam (old hydroplane harbour) of Tallinn. President Meri considered Mõis's explanations to be insufficient. The President of the Republic hopes that in the future, Tallinn will be governed more professionally.
