In addition, the President and Mrs Ingrid Rüütel on Thursday will call at the Estonian House and School in Stockholm. In the same evening in Stockholm too, the Head of State will meet members of ''Saarlaste Ühing'', a society of Estonian expatriates born on the island of Saaremaa, to talk with them about the present and future of Saaremaa.
On Friday, Dr Arnold Rüütel at the Royal Swedish Academy of Agriculture and Forestry
will lecture on the state of Estonian agriculture before joining the European Union. In the evening, the President will deliver a lecture at the Estonian House.
The Head of State will return to Estonia on Saturday, before noon.
