On the seminar taking place in the Swedish Parliament Building, Stéphane Courtois, composer and one of the authors of the Black Book on Communism, will present the book and the main conclusions drawn therefrom. Lennart Meri, President of the Republic of Estonia, Carl Bildt, leader of the Swedish Moderates, and the writer Andres Küng will also speak on the seminar.
Carl Bildt will offer lunch to President Lennart Meri.
The President will be back in Tallinn on Thursday evening.
