The Aliens Act and the Act on Granting International Protection to Aliens Amendment Act regulate the rules for aliens working in Estonia as well as the conditions for staying in, studying and settling in Estonia. The amendments establish more flexible rules for labour migration for people from third countries, including facilitating the labour market inclusion of Ukrainian war refugees.
The Act on Amendment of the Energy Sector Organisation Act and Other Related Acts transposes the European Union’s renewable energy directives, the objective of which is to increase the production and consumption of renewable energy both in households and at the level of large producers and consumers.
