The President of the Republic decided to confer a state decoration on Konstantin Provalov

President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to confer the 1st class Order of the Cross of Terra Mariana on Konstantin Provalov, the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Estonia during the years 2001-2006, in recognition of his services to the Estonian state.
