At the roundtable, it is intended to introduce the positions of President's Academic Council on our social pact and the pertinent experience of Ida-Virumaa County. The Head of State expects the roundtable to express their views on what kind of local government system the Republic of Estonia needs and whether the enactment of the system also requires the social pact to be in place.
