The President of the Republic confers the Order of the Cross of St. Mary’s Land on the Ambassador of the United States of America

President Lennart Meri signed the resolution to confer the I Class Order of the Cross of St. Mary’s Land on Melissa Foelsch Wells, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Republic of Estonia in the years 1998 - 2001, in recognition of her services to the Republic of Estonia.
