President of the Republic Confers a Decoration

President Lennart Meri signed the resolution to confer the I Class Order of the Cross of St. Mary's Land to Yurii Olenenko, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Ukraine to the Republic of Estonia, in Kadriorg today.
