The President of the Republic confers the Cross of St. Mary’s Land on the Ambassadors of Latvia, China, and Austria

The President decided to confer the I Class Order of the Cross of St. Mary’s Land on Mingrong Zou, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Estonia in 1998–2001 in recognition of his services to the Republic of Estonia.

The President decided to recognise Michael Miess, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Austria to Estonia in 1997–2000, with the II Class Order of the Cross of St. Mary’s Land.
