President of the Republic conferred the Cross of St Mary's Land

President Lennart Meri signed in Kadriorg today the resolution to confer the I Class Order of the Cross of St Mary's Land to Strobe Talbot, the Deputy Secretary of State of the United States of America, in appreciation of his services to the Republic of Estonia.
