The President of the Republic appointed Aivo Orav Ambassador to Turkey

Today in Kadriorg, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed a resolution appointing Aivo Orav Estonian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Turkey, residing in Ankara. The Estonian Head of State also recalled Märt Volmer from this position.
