President Karis asked about the reform plans of Moldova and expressed his hopes that in a situation where the political forces connected to President Sandu have the majority in the Parliament and a strong mandate, Moldova will make rapid progress in integration with the European Union.
“Estonia supports Moldova’s aspirations to reform its society, fight corruption and improve the business environment, and we’re prepared to share our experience in this as well as in the development of a digital state,” said President Karis.
The Estonian head of state praised the President of Moldova for the efficient resolution of the recent energy crisis.
