President Ilves posthumously awarded a decoration to the member of the Defence Forces who was killed in Afghanistan

President Toomas Hendrik Ilves decided to posthumously award the Military Gold Order of the Cross of the Eagle to Senior Sergeant Major Ivar Brok, who was killed in an international operation in Afghanistan, for the performance of his duties.
