President Ilves awards state honour to Norwegian ambassador

President Toomas Hendrik Ilves has bestowed the Order of the Cross of Terra Mariana, 1st class, on Stein Vegard Hagen, ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to Estonia from 2005–2010, for his services to the Estonian state.
