The prices of the President's portrait photographs are as follows::- postcard 5.-- deskpicture, unframed 31.-- desk picture, framed 110.-- wall picture, unframed 102.-- wall picture, framed 280.-
The President's portrait photograph should be given pride of place on the wall at Estonian government agencies, the General Staff and units of the Defence Forces, local governments, schools etc. On recommendation of the Protocol Service of the Office of the President, while choosing the place, it is to be seen that the photograph had a stately effect. An institution having in their premises also a picture of the former President, Lennart Meri, can decide by themselves whether to have on the wall photographs of both Presidents. If located side by side, the picture of Lennart Meri could be given the place on the left and the picture of the President of the Republic on the right side.
