Estonian President promulgates two laws

Pursuant to section 107 of the Constitution, President Meri today promulgated the Holidays and Notable Days Act and an Amendment Act to the Plant Protection Act, Variety Protection Act, Veterinary Service Act and Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.
