The Cross of Liberty

The Cross of Liberty was instituted in 1919 in order to give recognition for services during the Estonian War of Independence. The Cross of Liberty is a military decoration in the event of war conducted to defend Estonian independence. Bestowal of the Cross of Liberty was terminated in 1925.
