President Kersti Kaljulaid will be on a work visit to South Korea until Wednesday, participating in Asia's biggest opinion leaders conference

On Thursday and Friday, the Head of State will take part in a global summit of French-speaking countries in Yerevan, Armenia, to discuss Estonia's candidacy for the position of a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council with the heads of state gathering at the event.

The President of the Republic will be accompanied by an Estonian business delegation during her visit to South Korea. She will give an opening address at the World Knowledge Forum in Seoul and open an e-residency stand. During her visit, she will also meet with entrepreneurs from South Korea and the Mayor of Seoul, and she will give a speech at EWHA Womans University.

From Thursday to Friday President Kaljulaid will be on a work visit to Armenia. During the visit, she will meet with the President of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, and take part in a summit of French-speaking countries in Yerevan, where she will give a speech at a plenary session. Over two days the Head of State will meet with heads of state gathering at the summit and the secretaries generals of the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie. Estonia's candidacy for the position of a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council in 2010-2021 will be the main issued discussed at meetings.

The President of the Republic will return to Estonia on Friday.
