Paloma Krõõt Tupay named as legal adviser to the President


Paloma Krõõt Tupay will take up the position of legal adviser to the President from today. As a legal advisor, she will counsel the president on constitutional law and constitutional institutions.

Paloma Krõõt Tupay is an expert on the constitution and public law. In 2015, she defended her PhD thesis on the Estonian constitution and its amendments at the University of Cologne.

Paloma Krõõt Tupay comes to the Office of the President from the Ministry of Justice where she worked as an adviser on public law. She has previously worked in various positions in the public sector, as a lawyer and has been in charge of several projects.
